Neal spent over three decades in the fit-out industry and has seen a number of seismic changes in his working environment. During an expedition to the Arctic in 2018, Neal came face to face with the downstream effects of plastic pollution, an experience that changed his life and led him to found Changing Streams, bringing valuable plastic-reduction resources to the built environment industry.
